Jewel Case – Recognised as industry standard for Audio CDs. Some printing options for the jewel case can be seen here.

5.2 Case (slimline case) – Similar to Jewel Case without option for rear inlay. More common for CD-ROMS and covermounts.

Maxi-Single Case – Another variation on the jewel case and typically used for Audio CD Singles.

Colour Card Wallets – Simple CD size wallet printed colour on the outside.

Multi-panel Card Wallets – Colour printed card wallets with the option of additional panels and/or pockets for additional discs.

Slip Case – Colour printed card sleeve to hold single or multiple jewel cases.

DVD Case – Often used for CD-ROM packaging (or games).

Digipacks – Common alternative to the jewel case. Has options for multiple panels and pockets for additional discs or booklets.

Paper Sleeves or PVC Wallets – Basic option purely for disc protection. Not printed. PVC wallets can be with adhesive back for cover mounts.

Bulk Packed – No packaging. Discs supplied spindled wrapped in shrink-wrap.
